Owner of Venus Tan & Body Spa, FNP-BC, APRN, Cosmetic Nurse Injector, Cosmetic Injector Trainer, Professional Laser Tech, and Medical Aesthetician. Michelle opened Venus over 14 years ago, and has been a big part of her community. She has over 15 years of experience in the Medical Aesthetic and Cosmetic industry. She is bilingual and speaks English and Mandarin fluently. Michelle has a Masters as a Family Nurse Practitioner and graduated with a 4.0 gpa; 3 Bachelor's degrees in: Nursing with High Honors, Cognitive Science, Psychology, and a minor in Law and Criminal Justice. Michelle is working on her DNP, Doctor in Nursing Practice. She is a graduate of the University of California Irvine & the University of Texas, Arlington.

Michelle does both Aesthetics and Family Medicine. She is highly sought out as an Aesthetic Injector Trainer and travels all over the U.S. to train other Doctors, Nurses, and PAs on injections and injection safety. Michelle also does Family Medicine and is Board Certified in Family Practice. She works alongside with Dr. Nunez in treating patients for their health and medical needs.
 

Jessica has her Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University at Glendale, Arizona and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of
Physician Assistants. Her professional memberships include the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Texas Academy of Physician Assistants, Association of Plastic Surgery
Physician Assistants, and Texas Gulf Coast PA Association. Jessica is trilingual and speaks English, Mandarin, and Spanish. She has a passion in the aesthetic
field and has been working at Venus with Michelle for 5 years. We are glad to have her on our medical team.

Michelle has worked closely with our Medical Director. Dr. Cho for over 12 years. He is a Board
Certified Plastic Surgeon and a national trainer for cosmetic injections. He is also an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He received his MD from Yale University
School of Medicine in New Haven, Ct.

Mara has been a nurse for over 17 years. During those times, she has done telemetry, med surg, ER, cvicu, and cath lab. Prior to being a nurse, Mara was an ultrasound technician. Mara has a passion in helping people, and her patients love her caring and compassionate nature. Mara is bilingual and speaks English and Spanish fluently. Mara is certified in both neurotoxins and dermal fillers and will be working under the guidance of Michelle to continue her aesthetic's journey.  

Michelle has been working with Dr. Nunez since 2018. Dr. Nunez has been practicing medicine since 2002 and is Board Certified in Gastroenterology and Hepatology by the Board of Internal Medicine. He was locally trained at the highly acclaimed University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Nunez is bilingual and speaks both English and Spanish fluently. He is one of our Medical Directors at Venus and oversees our patients in Family Medicine. 

Alayna is one of our Patient Care Coordinators. Her priority is always to ensure our clients are taken care of in a timely manner., and provide top tier customer service. Alayna is a full-time student while working full-time at Venus. We are happy to have her be a part of the Venus family.
