Owner of Venus Tan & Body Spa, FNP-BC, APRN, Cosmetic Nurse Injector, Cosmetic Injector Trainer, Professional Laser Tech, and Medical Aesthetician. Michelle opened Venus over 14 years ago, and has been a big part of her community. She has over 15 years of experience in the Medical Aesthetic and Cosmetic industry. She is bilingual and speaks English and Mandarin fluently. Michelle has a Masters as a Family Nurse Practitioner and graduated with a 4.0 gpa; 3 Bachelor's degrees in: Nursing with High Honors, Cognitive Science, Psychology, and a minor in Law and Criminal Justice. Michelle is working on her DNP, Doctor in Nursing Practice. She is a graduate of the University of California Irvine & the University of Texas, Arlington.

Michelle does both Aesthetics and Family Medicine. She is highly sought out as an Aesthetic Injector Trainer and travels all over the U.S. to train other Doctors, Nurses, and PAs on injections and injection safety. Michelle also does Family Medicine and is Board Certified in Family Practice. She works alongside with Dr. Nunez in treating patients for their health and medical needs.
 

Jessica has her Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University at Glendale, Arizona and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of
Physician Assistants. Her professional memberships include the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Texas Academy of Physician Assistants, Association of Plastic Surgery
Physician Assistants, and Texas Gulf Coast PA Association. Jessica is trilingual and speaks English, Mandarin, and Spanish. She has a passion in the aesthetic
field and has been working at Venus with Michelle for 5 years. We are glad to have her on our medical team.

Heather has been in the medical field for many years. She first started off as an LVN and she became an RN in 2021. Heather currently is a labor and delivery nurse. She loves working the bedside because she enjoys the bond she forms with her patients. She is passionate, caring, and always puts the well-being of her patients first. One of the many skills Heather has, is she can start an IV very quickly and has been the go to person at the hospital. Therefore, Heather is our nurse that runs the IV infusions and wellness here at Venus. Our patients find comfort in knowing their IV treatment will be swift and painless, because Heather will be the one taking care of them.

Stephanie's career as Practice Manager with Venus has been the culmination of her passion to help people and her love for aesthetics. Her journey with Venus started 8 years ago, where she helped build and grow the infrastructure of the business. Although Stephanie is busy running the daily operations of Venus, she is never behind the scenes. She has built great relationships with all our patients and our patients tell us they definitely feel the difference when they come into our establishment. Stephanie not only takes care of our patients, but also our staff. Her compassion, dedication, hard work, and caring nature has set a precedent for all the staff to follow. From overseeing the daily operations of the business, leading her team, coordinating events, overseeing financial activities, and patient care, Stephanie is, and continues to be, a huge asset and contributor to the rapid growth of Venus.

Michelle has worked closely with our Medical Director. Dr. Cho for over 12 years. He is a Board
Certified Plastic Surgeon and a national trainer for cosmetic injections. He is also an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He received his MD from Yale University
School of Medicine in New Haven, Ct.

Tara has been a nurse injector for over 12 years and is one of our Master Injectors. She is certified in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and PDO threads. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. Tara provides the utmost care for our patients. She listens, educates, and will help lay out a treatment plan based on the needs of her patients. Tara is compassionate and has a true passion in the aesthetic field. Tara has known Michelle for over 7 years and works at Venus once a month doing aesthetic services and treatments. We love Tara and you will too.

Suzette is a licensed medical esthetician with over 12 years of experience in the aesthetic field. She is also a licensed massage therapist. She has known Michelle for over 11 years and has been a part of the Venus team for 7 years. She is bilingual and speaks English and Spanish fluently. Suzette is amazing with skincare treatments and patient education. She is also certified in laser treatments, cosmetic services, and lash extensions. Suzette is one of our provider that does all of the soft aesthetics at our facility, which includes: facial treatments, microdermabrasions, chemical peels, dermaplaning, massages, laser services, lashes, microneedling, LED light therapy, RF skin tightening, vein therapy, waxing, tinting, and much more. We truly love her and so do all her clients!

Ayleen is one of the most talented makeup artist and makeup trainer out there. She has been doing makeup for many years and has been a part of Venus for over 8 years. She speaks English and Spanish fluently. Many of our clients have gotten their makeup by her and rave about how amazing her work is and her professionalism. She is a great member of our team, and we are grateful to have her.

Michelle has been working with Dr. Nunez since 2018. Dr. Nunez has been practicing medicine since 2002 and is Board Certified in Gastroenterology and Hepatology by the Board of Internal Medicine. He was locally trained at the highly acclaimed University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Nunez is bilingual and speaks both English and Spanish fluently. He is one of our Medical Directors at Venus and oversees our patients in Family Medicine. 

Mara has been a nurse for over 17 years. During those times, she has done telemetry, med surg, ER, cvicu, and cath lab. Prior to being a nurse, Mara was an ultrasound technician. Mara has a passion in helping people, and her patients love her caring and compassionate nature. Mara is bilingual and speaks English and Spanish fluently. Mara is certified in both neurotoxins and dermal fillers and will be working under the guidance of Michelle to continue her aesthetic's journey.  

Erica is a licensed esthetician. She is known for her gentle hands and gives the most relaxing facials while tending to the needs of each patient. She caters to her patients by listening to their concerns and educating them with proper skincare products and treatments. She is also amazing with brow tinting, brow shaping, waxing, microdermabrasion, peels, and lash extensions. Her professionalism, caring nature, and esthetic skills makes us lucky to have her on our team.

Hannah has been with Venus for over two years and is our lead patient care coordinator. She helps run our front desk, helps train our other coordinators, and assists our manager with daily tasks. Most importantly, she makes sure all our patients are taken care of whether it's getting them scheduled or answering their inquiries. She is one of the friendly voices you may hear when you give us a call. Hannah works full-time at Venus while also being a full-time student. 

Angie is one of our Patient Care Coordinators. Her priority is always to ensure our clients are taken care of in a timely manner. Angie is a full-time student. She is also bilingual, and speaks fluent Spanish.
